This is a spinal hollow tap used in interbody fusion surgery. The customer consulted with us because poor cutting taps made perforation difficult and posed a risk of heat generation. TOKO suggested a well-cutting tap. Unlike industrial taps that require a drilled pilot hole, medical taps often don’t have a hole. Based on accumulated cutting theories, we created a shape that perforates like a drill and cuts threads. As a result, the tools are significantly improved and smoothly cut threads compared to previous tools. TOKO has obtained ISO13485 certification and various domestic medical device manufacturing and sales licenses to meet the needs of customers in manufacturing medical surgical tools. Combining 80 years of accumulated know-how, carefully selected machines, and the latest theories, we respond to customer requests. If you have any problems with medical surgical tools, please feel free to consult us.
