This is an extraction drill used in hip replacement surgery. The customer needed to replace an artificial hip joint implanted 10 years ago, with cells attached, requiring a specific medical tool. TOKO had experience with medical tools and accepted the order. Considering sliding properties, we selected carbide as the tool material and manufactured the drill. As a result, we removed cell adhesions and successfully extracted the previous artificial hip joint. TOKO has obtained ISO13485 certification and various domestic medical device manufacturing and sales licenses to meet the needs of customers in manufacturing medical surgical tools.
